Trending

EDT Reports allows you to retain as much or as little historical information on your tape environment as you desire. Historical reports can be displayed showing how the tape environment has changed over time enabling you to predict what may happen in the future.

Troubleshooting Guide

Knowing there is a problem doesn’t do you a lot of good unless you know what to do about it. EDT Reports comes with a built-in troubleshooting guide. When a problem is identified the option to launch the troubleshooting guide is available. This gives users a step-by-step process to follow to address whatever the reported problem may be to return the tape environment to a proper operational state as quickly as possible.
