Installing and Configuring EDTThis training course provides the information you need to know about installing, configuring and using Enterprise DistribuTape (EDT) with Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and various tape libraries (including ACSLS controlled systems).
Understanding Reporting
This training course provides the information you need to know about how to interpret the reports that are available in EDT Reports, how to take advantage of features such as the troubleshooting guide and what actions you may consider taking in response to seeing certain information presented in various reports.
Customized Training
For customers that wish to have a variety of topics covered at one time Gresham offers customized training courses. Each course is tailored to the customer’s specific requirements and delivery can be either at the customer’s site or virtual through GoToMeeting.
